Salisbury Crags

On the west side of the Queens Park can be found Salisbury Crags a cliff stretching a mile long. Salisbury crags has long been known for rock climbing however today a permit has to be applied for in order to climb the rock face. The crags can be viewed from the "Radical Road" which runs along the base of the cliff, the road also gives a magnificent view of the city of Edinburgh.
