Duddingston Kirk, situated in Old Church Lane next to the Duddingston entrance to the Queens Park is one of the oldest places of worship in the Edinburgh area dating back to the 12th century.

The Church was founded by a Norman Knight by the name of Dodin on the land granted to Kelso Abbey by King David I of Scotland.
